1. Go to the YPRC website at www.yateprc.co.uk

2. Click on 'Log On' or click 'YPRC Online' in the top right hand corner

3. Click 'Log On' when you get to a page with 'YPRC Online' in large letters at the top

4. You will then have to follow some instructions to get to the log on page

5. Once you get asked to 'Enter your PIN', enter your six digit PIN (Don't know your PIN?)

6. If your PIN is accepted, enter the first letter of your forename to verify your identity

7. If you are successfully authenticated, you can then access YPRC Online

1. If you don't know your PIN or log on information, please go here.

2. Follow the instructions to recover your PIN.

On YPRC Online, you can:-

• Home - first page you arrive on when you log on

• Notice Board - view all notices from the club

• Calendar - view all upcoming events e.g. meetings, events etc

• Competition Results - view all results from competitions e.g. winners etc

• Resources - view all documents from the club e.g. rules and regulations

• Member Info - information relevant to members e.g. padlock codes etc

• Contacts - contact information for some members

You no longer need to log off of YPRC Online. Once you close your web browser, you are automatically logged off.

You must already be logged on to YPRC Online to follow the steps below.

To access YPRC Resources and Documents:-

1. Click 'Resources'.

2. Click any document title or web link to open it in a new web browser tab.

To access different yateprc.co.uk pages:-

If you are using a computer:

1. Click the desired page from the light green bar at the top of the screen.

If you are using a smartphone:

1. Click on the three horizontal lines in the top left hand corner.

2. Click the desired page from the panel that opens.

To get to YPRC Online:-

1. Go to the www.yateprc.co.uk website in a web browser.

2. Click 'Log On' or click 'YPRC Online' in the top right hand corner.

  !   Contacting the administrator/developer is only available for technical support, not comments or general enquiries.

Unfortunately, contacting the administrator/developer directly is not an option. Instead, please contact an official at the club who will forward your message to the administrator/developer.

To contact the committee, please log on to YPRC Online, then navigate to 'Contacts'. Please note that only members of the committee who have allowed their contact information to be accessible via YPRC Online will be able to be contacted via the website.
