YPRC Online Usage Policy

Effective: 13 April 2025

YPRC Online is a private service provided exclusively for current members of the Yate Pistol and Rifle Club. The platform is intended to facilitate communication, resource sharing, and access to member-only services. To protect the integrity of the system and the privacy of all members, the following policy must be strictly adhered to.

1. Confidentiality and Information Sharing

All content, data, and information available on YPRC Online is strictly for the use of current YPRC members only.

You must not share any information, screenshots, documents, or materials found on YPRC Online with non-members under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, club communications, event details, internal notices, and member-specific content.

2. Login Credentials and PIN Code

Your login credentials and PIN code are personal and for your use only.

You must not share your login or PIN code with anyone, regardless of the reason, even if someone else is having trouble accessing their own account.

Under no circumstances will sharing your login information be allowed.

3. Account Bans and Circumvention

If your account is banned, you are not permitted to:

• Use someone else's login to access the system,

• Create a new account to bypass the ban,

• Or engage in any other activity designed to circumvent the ban.

Any attempt to bypass an account ban will result in further disciplinary action, up to and including permanent termination of your access.

4. Responsibility for Your Account

You are fully responsible for all actions and activity that occur under your account.

If you share your login details with someone else and they engage in behaviour that violates this policy, you and your account will be held responsible.

If another individual uses your login maliciously or violates this policy, both your account and their access may be banned.

5. Bans and Termination of Accounts

As the site administrator, I have the sole authority to ban or terminate accounts in violation of this policy.

Any account found to be in breach of this policy will be banned immediately.

The YPRC Committee may decide to impose additional penalties on the member involved, but such penalties are at the discretion of the committee.

6. Violations and Penalties

Violations of this policy will result in:

• Immediate ban from YPRC Online by the site administrator,

• Additional penalties or actions determined by the YPRC Committee, as they see fit.

7. Final Authority

The site administrator has the final authority over any decision regarding bans or terminations on YPRC Online.

The YPRC Committee has the authority to impose additional penalties on the member, though this is done on a case-by-case basis and at their discretion.

By accessing and using YPRC Online, you agree to comply with this Usage Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from using the system.
