I get a 'Server Connection Failed' error when trying to access YPRC Online

1. Occasionally, you may get a 'Server Connection Failed' error while you try and access YPRC Online.

2. To overcome this, click 'Retry' when the error comes up on screen.

3. If this still doesn't resolve the issue, refresh the page via your web browser.
